On 26 February 2026 in Warsaw, representatives of business, public institutions and experts gathered for a Business Breakfast dedicated to strengthening economic and investment cooperation between Poland and Romania. The event marked the official promotion of the latest publication of the Polish-Romanian Bilateral Chamber of Commerce and Industry titled “Poland–Romania. Economic and Investment Cooperation.” (Polska-Rumunia. Współpraca gospodarcza i inwestycyjna | Polonia–România: cooperare economică și investițională).
The report presents a comprehensive overview of the current state of bilateral economic relations and highlights sectors with the greatest potential for future collaboration. Particular attention is devoted to strategic industries that are shaping economic ties between the two countries, including infrastructure development, transport and logistics, the energy sector and the agri-food industry. These areas are increasingly important in the context of regional connectivity, supply chain resilience and long-term investment opportunities.

Romania continues to emerge as an attractive destination for Polish companies seeking opportunities in infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics and energy. Beyond the substantive discussions, the event also created valuable networking opportunities for participants, fostering dialogue between business leaders, policymakers and experts. The strong interest in the meeting reflected the growing momentum in Polish–Romanian cooperation and the significant untapped potential that remains between the two markets.
