On Friday, January 12, 2018, the collaboration agreement between the Polish-Romanian Bilateral Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PRBCC) and the National Union of Romanian Employers (UNPR) was signed in Warsaw, institutionalizing a collaboration that started in 2017 by organizing an event to promote, in Poland, the Black Sea Coast: “GO ROMANIA”.
Thus, the two organizations will work together to achieve optimal and quick results to the companies they represent.
The PRBCC members will have access to a number of 1500 Romanian companies and the UNPR members will have access to the Polish market through the PRBCC.
The representatives of the two organizations, namely Ioan LUCIAN – UNPR (President), Liliana LUCIAN (Chairman of the Commission for International Relations and Business) on one hand, and Gheorghe Marian CRISTESCU (PRBCC President), Mrs. Eryka Gizińska (PRBCC Vice-President ) and Flavian-Catalin PAH (PRBCC Executive Director) one the other hand, have agreed on an agenda of joint activities such as:
- GO ROMANIA – 2nd edition, in a formula that involves the making of a permanent working group at the Ministry of Tourism level and the most important Romanian and Polish tour operators;
- joint participation in fairs and exhibitions organized in Romania and Poland.
The meeting was attended by H.E. Mr. Ovidiu Dranga, the Ambassador of Romania to the Republic of Poland and by Mr. Botond Kovessi.
